How To Become A Personal Trainer
It began when my young one by one got wed and left home. Soon I was the only one and life was very slow. If it was not for the reality that it was a full time job, I would have gone back to it. I continued surfing the internet and come across an advertizement about courses in personal training. I completed sessions at my local gymnasium and this prompted me to go for the course. The pounds before long began to drop off. I was ready for any challenge thanks to my new found fitness.
To become a personal trainer just takes commitment, thats all. Enthusiasm and encouragement for others is all you have to have. I found out that there was a course going to take place just 20 miles away from where I lived. I signed on the dotted line and within minutes of the class starting, I was overcome with happiness as I knew I had done the right thing. It turns out the test was nothing to worry about and the whole course passed it. Age was no hitch even though I was the oldest in the class. I was eager to go one step further and started looking for a place where I could set up a company. If you have ever thought about this occupation, then stop thinking and just do it.
